> The following Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed by the Customer hereinafter referred to as ‘you’, with Camilleri Establishments Co Ltd hereinafter referred to as ‘BHS Malta’ or ‘we’, for all products displayed on the website.

> This online shop is owned and operated by Camilleri Establishments Limited. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website. By visiting or shopping on BHS Malta online, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of use, as well as other policies posted on the website.

> By using the services, you warrant to Camilleri Establishments Co Ltd that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms & Conditions with us. BHS Malta online does not sell to minors, if you are under the legal age, please ask a parent or Legal Guardian to effect the purchase on your behalf.

> By using, viewing, transmitting, caching, storing and/or otherwise utilising this website, the services or functions offered herein and/or contents or information on this website, you agree to each and all of the terms and conditions set out herein, and waive any right to claim ambiguity or error in this Agreement. Should you not agree to each and every term and condition set out herein, you are asked not to use this website and leave immediately.

> Every effort has been made to display the colours of products on the online shop as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

> BHS Malta online does not represent or warrant that the descriptions of any products shown in BHS Malta are accurate and complete. If a user purchases a product from the BHS Malta online shop that is not as described, the user's sole and exclusive remedy shall be to return the product in an unused condition for a refund for the value of the purchase as indicated the Refunds & Returns policy section.

> All prices displayed on the website are indicated in Euro and are inclusive of applicable Malta VAT rates of 18%.

> BHS Malta Online have the right to cancel any orders at our discretion and at no charge to the client. In this event the client will be given a full refund for the value of that purchase.

> Consumers may use their credentials to have the online facility to gain access to 'My Orders' and view concluded contracts.

> Camilleri Establishments Ltd will have the right to cancel any orders for products that have been listed at an incorrect price, rebate or refund, or contain incorrect information or typographical errors or are unavailable for any reason. Camilleri Establishments Ltd will have this right regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Camilleri Establishments Ltd will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.

> If any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall be held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining parts of these Terms and the remainder of the affected provision shall be unaffected.

Delivery Policy

> BHS Malta will be delivering your order to your door.  We will contact you via a contact number that you supply to liaise re delivery, therefore we kindly ask you to indicate the right contact number and include the best time for us to contact you.

> BHS Malta delivers within a maximum of five working days to local destinations. Deliveries are only done once the client is contacted and delivery arrangements have been communicated. This is the reason why supplying a valid contact number is important.

> Our delivery schedule is as follows:

                           Deliveries to Malta addresses : Wednesdays & Thursdays

                           Deliveries to Gozo addresses: Tuesdays & Fridays

> Delivery charges will be added to orders where these orders amount to below Eur20. This delivery charge applies to Malta and Gozo only and is of Eur3.50. This includes packing and handling charges where applicable.

> In the case of gift vouchers BHS Malta sends them via Maltapost. BHS Malta online have the rights to cancel any order if not all required client details are given such as Full name, address, telephone/mob number.  BHS Malta can contact you as a client for further information regarding your order/details. We try to post all orders within 2 working days, if possible even before.

Refund & Returns Policy

> In accordance with Article 6 of Distance Selling Regulations, all goods purchased from BHS Malta online shop have a cooling off period of 15 days. Any goods returned during this period must be returned in the exact same condition as supplied.  BHS Malta online reserves the right to refuse any opened or damaged goods at its own discretion.  If you wish to receive a full refund, please retain the receipt and present it together with your product. All returns must be effected to the address mentioned in the Terms & Conditions section during office hours:

Mon – Fri (excl. public holidays) from 9:00 – 12:00 and 14:00 – 17:00.

Privacy

> BHS Malta online shop gathers the personal details of clients that pertain to the order processing and order collection/delivery. We keep the details safe and do not divulge them to third parties. New customers registering an account with BHS Malta will be automatically signed up to newsletters and promotional updates. Customers who do not wish to receive email shots from BHS Malta online should unsubscribe from our mailing list as soon as they receive their first email shot.
